1. About us
nohosting.co.uk is a website design and build service operated from Norfolk, United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
2. The service
We provide a website design and build service for a one-off fee of £199. This includes:
- A professionally designed website of up to 5 pages, plus Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy pages
- A contact form if requested at the time of ordering
- Deployment on our hosting infrastructure at no ongoing cost to you
- Connection of your existing domain to the new site
- Up to two rounds of revisions following delivery of the initial build
An existing domain is required. We do not register domains on your behalf as part of this service.
We do not provide ongoing maintenance, search engine optimisation, or e-commerce functionality as part of this service.
3. Payment
Payment of £199 is required in full at the time of ordering, via our secure Stripe checkout. All payments are in GBP. We do not store your card details.
Once payment is made, work will begin within one working day. Refunds are not available once work has commenced, except in the circumstances described in section 5.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver your completed website within 48 hours of receiving your order and all required content. Delivery times may be longer if:
- You have not provided sufficient information in your order brief
- You have indicated you will send additional images and these have not been received
- We need to contact you for clarification and are awaiting a response
The 48-hour timeframe is an aim, not a guarantee. We will always communicate any delays promptly.
Where no existing content is provided, we will use content from your existing website. Orders remain open for up to 6 months from the date of payment. After this period, if we have been unable to complete your site due to outstanding content from you, the order will lapse with no refund.
5. Revisions and satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the initial build, you are entitled to two further rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Please provide your feedback clearly by email to hello@nohosting.co.uk.
If, after three versions, you remain unsatisfied and the delivered work materially differs from your agreed brief, we will offer a full refund at our discretion.
Minor changes after the site has gone live are available at £25 per request. A request is defined as any change we estimate will take up to one hour to complete. Larger changes may be quoted separately.
6. Your content
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, or text you provide to us is owned by you or that you have the right to use it. By submitting content to us, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions to use that content.
We accept no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from content supplied by you. Any legal claims arising from the use of content you have provided are your sole responsibility.
By submitting content, you grant us a licence to use it solely for the purpose of building your website.
7. Hosting and uptime
Your website is hosted on third-party infrastructure (currently Vercel). While we aim to keep your site live at all times, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and accept no liability for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
We will always endeavour to keep your site hosted at no cost to you. In the event that free hosting becomes unavailable, we will migrate your site to an alternative free provider wherever possible. If no free alternative is available, we will notify you in advance of any costs before they are incurred.
We reserve the right to migrate your site to alternative hosting infrastructure at any time, provided this does not result in any cost to you or material disruption to your site.
8. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of your website, all design and code created for your site becomes your property. We retain the right to display your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order (£199). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of business damages.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies to all new orders placed after the date shown above.
